Get In-Person Assistance
Get in-person assistance from a Navigator or Broker.
Navigators are trained to help you complete an application and answer any questions as you enroll. You can get assistance in-person and over-the-phone from a Navigator.
Find a Navigator Near You
Registered brokers are licensed professionals that often live in and support their local communities. Brokers can help you fill out the application and can recommend a plan for you. Brokers may charge a small fee, unless they help you enroll into a Washington Apple Health plan.
We have several enrollment centers where you can get free in-person assistance from a registered broker or certified navigator.

If you’re enrolled in a Qualified Health or Dental Plan through Washington Healthplanfinder, you’ll need to renew your coverage each calendar year to stay covered. During this time, you can shop and compare new health plans and even add new dental coverage. You can use a shopping tool called “Smart Planfinder” to make sure your plan next year is the best value for you or your family, and that your prescriptions, doctors or clinics are covered.
